After three decades in their original office space, Peter Vincent Architects decided to relocate and create a new headquarters that reflects their evolving business in the post-COVID era. Recognizing the need for a workspace that strengthens collaboraon and inspires creavity while encouraging employees to return to the office, the firm undertook a 4,137-square-foot interior renovaon in the Harbor Court office building. The intent was to combat hybrid working malaise and compel employees to return to the office and downtown Honolulu. The design incorporates sustainable features and material reuse opportunies.

Managing Partner of Peter Vincent Architects
Peter is the Founder and Managing Partner of Peter Vincent Architects. A Fellow of the American Instute of Architects, he is the driving force and design visionary for the 32-year-old architecture and interior design firm in Honolulu. He has an extensive background in various luxury residenal, commercial, and hospitality projects. Peter is the President and Board Chair for the Lyceum Fellowship, an internaonal student design compeon and traveling fellowship. He has also served as the past President of both the Hawaiʻi Architectural Foundaon and the American Instute of Architects Honolulu Chapter.
