This $130M housing facility for graduate students is located on the mauka side of Dole Street between the East-West Center and the Mānoa stream.

Within the 18-story North Tower and the 12-story South Tower, there will be 316 units total in the facility for more than 550 graduate students and their families, along with junior faculty members. The complex is scheduled to be completed in July 2025 and will include a childcare facility, retail spaces, study rooms and a café.

This is a Public Private Partnership between Greystar and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

 

PPE Required:

  • Closed toed shoes
  • Long pants
  • Safety glasses
  • Hardhat
  • Safety vest or bright colored shirt
  • Gloves

Parking is located at the Hawaiian Studies Parking Structure, approximately 0.25 miles away from the job site. Please park on the top level of this structure in one of the open-air stalls within the Swinerton roped area. We strongly encourage carpooling, as parking is very limited at this location. $5 all day, credit card only (NO AMEX). See map.
